RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

The return of a product is allowed within 10 days from the date of delivery. After this time the refund is not possible. The buyer is obliged to send at his own expenses the article to the addresses specified by our customer service after proper request by mail. Please note that will be considered only products that are returned in brand new condition! For this reason the Victura d.o.o. advises its clients:

• to pack the goods properly in order to avoid creating scratches, blows or abrasion of the objects contained in the package
• to ensure shipments to avoid frequent situations of "ruined by parcel courier" or "lost package by courier". Each shipment combines the responsibility of the object transferred from the sender to the carrier, not to the sole receiver. Victura d.o.o. also undertakes to report in writing with a special "reserve" that will return each parcel in perfect conditions at our warehouse, pointing out any damage  both to the sender (by mail) and to the carrier.

REFUND

Within 30 days of receipt of goods, Victura d.o.o. will make the transfer of credit to customer's account or refund via Paypal to customer's paypal account for the exact amount paid for the purchase of merchandise, excluding incoming and outgoing shipping. We repeat that the refund of goods is only possible with the original packaging, with all the internal elements that protect the product from damage during transport. Technical products can be tested but not used. All clothing articles must be new,  not used, with label attached.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The customer may cancel the order with no additional costs  or otherwise before the shipping of the order. Cancellation is possible only by sending an e-mail to the following addresses: info@megafitness.eu. The email must provide the following information:
1. Message title: "Cancellation of the order"
2. The content of the message: a) buyer's name b) address of the buyer c) order number
